Marcellin Foundation started with street children as its original clients, we could not close our eyes to to other groups of children at risk. The program has accepted into its residential care and abandoned, neglected, and abused children, and those in conflict with the law.
All these children have to be provided with therapy, an education and training in life skills as well as technical, livelihood skills with the hope that they will have a better life than what is at present seem to be in store for their future.
